Purpose and Activities

Our Truth Team is a nonprofit organization that offers free or low-cost training programs and resources to empower churches, nonprofits, schools, and small businesses. Our programs provide practical skills in digital marketing, leadership development, creative arts, financial management, and more. We aim to fill gaps in traditional education by equipping individuals and organizations with tools for success.

Our programs also support small businesses earning under $3 million annually, helping them establish a solid foundation and preparing them to scale. Additionally, trainees may find placement opportunities with Alta Effect Productions, its clients, or within their own communities, fostering economic growth and sustainability.

While inspired by principles of faith, Our Truth Team operates as a secular organization to ensure inclusivity and partnership opportunities with public schools, colleges, and diverse donors. Our mission is to create educational and professional opportunities that build stronger communities and contribute to the success of individuals and organizations.

This comprehensive, community-focused approach ensures we meet the qualifications for grant funding, including Google’s Ad Grants program, and attract donors who value impactful, inclusive initiatives.
